Established a dedicated cross-functional squad and redesigned workflows, including automated approval and release processes in Azure DevOps
Introduced WIP limits, cumulative flow, cycle time and throughput measures to improve performance visibility
Redesigned the release pipeline, introduced automated regression testing and strengthened CI/CD practices to catch defects earlier
Restructured the commercial and delivery model during COVID-related budget and workforce reductions to maintain delivery continuity
Rather than layering Agile practices over existing processes, the programme redesigned the system of work itself, aligning workflow, governance, technology, quality controls and cross-functional teams around reliable delivery.
